Fonds Civisme-Citoyenneté des Laurentides

Through this fund, MAVN can provide the community with more expedient, less costly alternatives to the traditional court system. Building, implementing, maintaining and promoting an alternative justice system is a significant financial undertaking, which is why the Fonds Civisme-Citoyenneté des Laurentides has been set up. It is funded by voluntary contributions from individuals and organizations, as well as the financial participation of the municipalities who receive services from Médiation Conciliation de Quartier des Laurentides (MCQL).

By contributing to the fund, you will be doing your part to make quality of life a priority for our society and play an active role in forging stronger community and civic ties. As a donor, you will also benefit from visibility on mavn.ca and in our annual report.

Every dollar we receive enables us to:

Provide flexible, free solutions for settling disputes

Train and supervise conciliators/mediators

Promote and support the development of MCQL services

Set up other MCQL units in the Laurentians area

Offer communities innovative support tools to foster social harmony and dialogue
