To be or not to be … a mediator ?

A dozen of workers from community organizations attended this training on November 6th, led by Carole Brideau, mediator and head of the MCQL service.

Within only one day, the participants were able to discover the mediation in several of its aspects.

They had the opportunity to question how they react to tensions.

As a bonus, they got new tools. Tools to enlarge their box in communication, of course !

This training was offered as part of trainings organized by the Grouping of Laurentian Community Organizations (ROCL).
